Despite significant technological advancements, buildings and their operations remained consistent. To manage and maintain their buildings, organizations use siloed approaches and legacy systems, leading to stakeholders making decisions based on human guesswork and an abundance of unorganized, underutilized data. We thought that there had to be a more efficient route to make their work easier and more real-time for them.

As a result, we developed IQnext -  a cloud-based platform redefining how organizations manage their building environments today. We are disrupting the traditional, fragmented, and reactive approach with our simple, intuitive, and scalable solution. Our mission is to deliver continuous sustainability and efficiency by seamlessly connecting a portfolio of buildings, enabling stakeholders real-time data-driven insights.

We've always been interested in how Indians and people in other countries perceive energy, which was once considered a scarce resource. Our journey started with solutions that would optimize energy use in environments that have large-scale consumption - buildings.

Along the way, we discovered that energy is only one aspect of the problem and that buildings are highly capital intensive, complex entities with a wide range of systems and processes that must work seamlessly to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of their occupants.

Existing solutions and methods have a significant gap, leading us to believe that buildings must be addressed using an integrated, data-driven approach, while the tools used to manage them must be simple to use, scalable, and flexible to meet changing needs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that they are not only efficient but also sustainable. These learnings and initiatives led to the formation of IQnext.

Today, IQnext is an integrated cloud platform working towards managing devices, people, and processes in an effective manner. Also delivering long-term sustainability.
